• Doc researched beneficial microbes and their applications and met Co-founders Chandrasekar and Vishwadeep through their shared interest in beneficial microbes.
• He was instrumental in creating Proklean to deliver green solutions that are better for the planet.

Chandrasekar B. is the Director of Operations and New Products Evangelist at Proklean Technologies.

• A naturally curious and out-of-the-box thinker, Chandra has 30 years of experience in managing operations of diverse industries.
• An uplifting trip to Coorg inspired him to research natural cleaners and experiment in his own garage. Those early experiments proved instrumental in setting up Proklean and adopting green chemistry to create eco-friendly products.
• Before Proklean, Chandra worked at leading companies including Chennai Petroleum Corporation and Hindustan Unilever.
• He's an entrepreneur, building and shaping successful businesses from scratch, including Proklean.

Vishwadeep Kuila is the Head of Sales & Marketing and Strategic Relationships at Proklean, with a focus on the consumer vertical and HR.

• He brings decades of marketing and sales expertise to Proklean.
• Before Proklean, Vishy worked at agencies such as Mudra and Lintas.
• Vishy worked at Reynolds for 13 years, and had a career pivot leading him to the hospitality sector, and then to create his own company - Brand Vectors.
• He joined Proklean founders Doc and Chandra as the third partner to create a company that competes with multinationals across several verticals.

Pradip Shantaram Rangle is the Vice President of Operations at Proklean.

• A distinguished “Techno-Commercial” professional, he brings over 25 years of experience in the dyes and chemicals industry, successfully leading complex projects such as PIP-ACES while driving technical innovations, strategy, sales, and operations.
• Before Proklean, he has worked with organisations like Huntsman & Archroma.
• He holds an MBA in Marketing and a degree in Technical & Applied Chemistry from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai.

As Proklean's COO, Alok Goel brings his entrepreneurial wisdom with efficient business strategies, management techniques, and financial knowledge.

• He is an expert in consulting, executive advisory, planning, and execution.
• Alok has worked at top corporations like KPMG, Deloitte, and Cognizant and also startups such as  Opinio and Licious in the past. 
• Wanting to be a part of a company making a true difference led him to Proklean.
• He looks forward every day to disrupting a century-old chemical industry and adopting sustainable ways while consistently building a sustainable business.

Dr. Manish Petkar is the head of Proklean’s research & development & quality Control.

• He is a doctorate in Chemistry from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai with over 17 years of the research experience in biotechnology & green technology.
• At Proklean, he is leading the innovation R&D team that is constantly innovating and bringing planet-safe ideas to life.
• His core expertise is in developing novel & sustainable technologies through low-cost fermentation process, enzyme & biocatalytic transformations, and green route synthesis.
• He has international publications & patents in the research area.
• Dr. Petkar is associated with many education forums as an industry expert and guest lecturer. He is also an IGem member of Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. 

Ramnath A. is VP of Operations at Proklean.

• His 22 years of expertise in chemical engineering has him perfectly poised to oversee operations at Proklean.
• From conceptualizing the goal of tasks to delivering invoices, Ramnath is adept at streamlining processes.
• Before joining Proklean, Ramnath worked at leading MNCs and transnational companies.
• Like his colleagues, Ramnath wanted to find a place that aligned with his ethos of sustainability and giving back to the community and found the perfect fit at Proklean.
• He believes that the use of green solutions and microbial interventions across industries creates a better society.

Radhika B S is the award-winning Business Unit Head of Proklean's Pulp & Paper vertical.

• She brings 25 years of marketing, business, and sales expertise.
• She is an expert in FMCG, B2B, and retail domains.
• Her expertise includes brand management, product management, pre-sales, business development, sales support, research and analysis, and business strategy.
• One of the early members of the executive team, Radhika has been instrumental in the Proklean growth story.

Karun Tyagi is the Textile BU Head and brings to the table his 22 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, distributor management, project management, environmental initiatives, and garment wet processing in textile and chemical engineering.

• Before Proklean, he worked at leading textile companies including Huntsman International India Pvt Ltd, Resil Chemicals Pvt Ltd, TCNS Ltd, and Blue Chip. 
• Karun has also served as a trainer and internship jury member at Nift Delhi and a guest lecturer/webinar speaker/panelist at various institutes like DKTE Textile Institute, Nift Delhi, NIFD Ludhiana, and Sarv International.
• He wanted to make a switch when he realized that the textile industry is one of the most resource-heavy ones that also significantly contributes to pollution.
• He has also been an international speaker at forums such as Planet Textile and Hongkong Polytechnic.
• At Proklean, Karun uses his textile process expertise to create services and products that are green from manufacturing to their final use.
• Additionally, Karun heads Proklean's EHS initiative with his textile expertise to create sustainable solutions with the environment, health, and safety in mind.

Varsha C is the Head of Marketing & New Businesses at Proklean.

• She brings over 14 years of experience in driving revenue growth, brand transformation, and market expansion across global markets including the USA, EU, and APAC.
• With deep expertise in FMCG, green chemistry, nutraceuticals, and specialty chemicals, Varsha has a proven track record of launching high-impact initiatives, building cross-functional teams, and aligning innovation with commercial success.
• At Proklean, Varsha leads marketing strategy, brand development, and new business verticals.
• Passionate about purpose-led growth, she is focused on building brands that not only perform but also contribute to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.

• Venkat holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and HRBP
• He brings with him more than 10+ years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and HRBP.
• Before joining Proklean, he has been a keen player in the growth journey of LifeCell and Groupon’s TA team.
• His specialties other than talent acquisition (Pan India) include sourcing strategies, technical sourcing (technology & non-tech), stakeholder management, employer branding, candidate engagement, and all other HR-related activities.

Ramesh Ramchandran is the Vice President – Sales, Pulp & Paper at Proklean.

• With more than 35 years of experience in specialty chemicals and business economics, he adds deep industry expertise to ProKlean.
• Before joining ProKlean, he played key roles in multiple start-ups such as Ivax Paper, BetzDearborn/Hercules, and Amazon Papyrus Chemicals.
• He went on to serve as Managing Director for India and the Middle East region, and later pursued independent ventures in the chemical and home healthcare sectors.
